Who We Are
I'm Teagan Dow, and I started Mariner HR to help hardworking business owners address the day to day challenges of running a company with employees and also help them foster environments where both the organization and its people can thrive. ​Prior to starting Mariner HR, I was an attorney for over ten years. I initially started out defending employment related cases for NFL and MLB teams, Fortune 500 companies and large insurance companies. I also served as Employee Wellness and Culture Manager for one of the most recognizable breweries in New England. Through my work I found my calling to support and empower business owners to be good employers. I believe a focus on culture, communication and collaborative working relationships is where a business becomes a brand. The lessons learned from a decade spent in boardrooms and litigation should not be reserved for an elite few. Every day, it's a privilege to share my experience with my clients and their people.​
